The purchase system is still under development and is currently at a minimum viable state:
We do not require any contact information from the buyer, including email addresses, which means we will not send any emails to the buyer.
Find the corresponding transaction record in PayPal and get the Invoice ID.
Then retrieve the API key using the Invoice ID:

If there's no transaction record, it means the order has been canceled. A transaction record will only be created if the payment is successfully processed.
